BTW: ususally these people also knows good lawyer, if u actually willing to key his car, then you have to pay the consequence, you might not only be charged vandalism, you might also be charge with emotional damage, lost time and wages...and if all go through, you might have to be bankrupt to pay for it...I've heard a Chinese guy's Lambo got keyed in San Fran, and he decided to sue for $500,000 for the kid that keyed his car and poped his tires...and he won, and the kid's family almost have to be homeless to pay for the damage....yes, they will be afraid...but if you are that stupid to key a expensive car like this, then I wish that you can find a place to hide or leave HK forever...cause those people definitly have ways to get back on you (plus more..)

It was design in Calif. ma, btw, I heard that they might start to re-export the TL soon..
Civic is EL, now CSX...it's basically a rebadge Civic EX..to suit the Canadian Asian taste..Similar to Saab selling the 92X, try to make it a "reliable" Euro car...but so far, I've only seen a few in Seattle, and most are driven by Asian.
