MTM service cannot meet their target...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ri_h0pLql4Q我真的不知道是 MTM 的問題還是政府的問題了。我現在只可以說一句:MTR 早就不應該投標去經營墨爾本的鉄路,那邊涉及到太多不可預見的因素,由其是政黨的角力和工會的勢力! 無論點, MTR都有不可推卸的責任,
因為係佢自己走出去, 爭個經營權返黎, 無人拎枝槍迫佢GE,
就算設備差, 定係政府廢, 呢D都係MTR一早已知的情況,
MTR投得返黎, 即係代表佢自己本身覺得搞得店.
而家搞唔店, 總無可能將個責任推卸比其他人就算.
或者咁講啦, 係香港呢個地方, 政策太過傾銷於MTR啦,
一出到其他地方, 原來MTR都係不外如是.
當日, MTM由CONNEX營運, 大家都罵佢廢, 期待MTR上場云云,

我反而覺得 MTR 現在的狀況有 D 像迪士尼的情形:水土不服。畢竟香港的營運環境和人的素質跟外國比還是比較簡單。你在一個溫室長大的人肯定不會想到外面的世界原來是那麽複雜的。我並不是要為 MTR 找下台堦,而是要“逼”她成長,“逼”她磨練自己,希望最後能成功把港鉄的高效率的營運模式帶到外國。(如果你有用過外國的鉄路系統,你就會知道 MTR 招牌並不是假的,只是他習慣了在溫室長大的環境和給比較簡單的營運環境給寵壞了。) 原帖由 AVW56 於 2010-4-5 09:29 發表 http://www.hkitalk.net/HKiTalk2/images/common/back.gif

At least we don't see gangs throwing rocks to the train, forcing the door open on a moving train or riding on the roof of the train in Hong Kong.
We also don't see tracks and sleepers that haven't been replaced for 100 years and drivers taking a train out of service just because of uncomfortable cabin seat in Hong Kong.
In Hong Kong, we see "No eating and drinking" and sometimes "No sitting on the floor".
In Melbourne, I see "Ride the inside, not the topside", "Don't rock the train", "Buy a ticket", etc.:L
Many Hong Kong ppl are just greenhouse frogs and they have no way to survive overseas.

Yes true! We also don't see the trains' windows are full of graffiti or the floor is full of rubbish in Hong Kong's trains! if someone does those things in Hong Kong, it will be the news in the next day newspapers or on 24 hr TV news channels.
However, in foreign countries, it happens almost everyday. Take for example, the brand new bus rolls out in Sydney just for a week or even only few days, the back windows are already sketched! However, people are felt nothing of those incident since it always happens.
MTR needs to learn on how tackle those problems since those things are very rarely happened in Hong Kong. Of course she also needs to learn how to deal with politics and unions since they will really affect the daily operations of the services.Those things so far I do not see they really affect daily operations in Hong Kong

根本就係有人唔了解墨爾本外判鐵路嘅方式,
以為墨爾本鐵路好似香港鐵路咁公司可以全權操控所有野
墨爾本鐵路嘅基建、車輛全部係政府擁有,
維修、買新車係政府決定,MTR只可以寫report催政府做野
早前MTR話希望網內所有危橋可以今年7月陸續開展搶修工程,
但同政府商議完就變成2018年前陸續完成搶修:L
