Not unless the discussion board would coporate and give in the information the layer or plaintiff or the law enforcement is looking for.
Its like a traffic violation caught by a camera that does not prosecuted on site
police department would send a letter requesting info from the vehicle owner
If the vehicle owner does not give in those information, they may be prosecuted
Or if you have know a good atterney, maybe I can be educated
The guy I know does mostly b-law~

Must admit that I do not practice much on defamation.
But so far as I understand/am practicing, you need only to pay attention to court orders. Letters from a solicitor... um, who cares?

But Not paying attention to the letter may explode to court order though.
Although it might take a while :lol
I hope your professor didn't tell you to ignore legal relayed documents.
Iike what you said, it's all practicing. It's not certain, absolute.

佢就巴閉lor , 去到一些熱門既拍攝位置 , 部巴士會自動清空電牌 (近期日子有 LP3786 同 LB8591)
按: 有行家影到 LP3786 960 S10 柯打31B ....返奥運站....清空牌箱
佢唔只返960 S10 可以咁做ar .. 佢返2A 拎 LL2812 .....明明樂華出站仲有牌,但去到樂雅苑自動熄牌
