Well... In this case, why not reduce 81C to Sha Tin... And the 81C bus which order 81P could order 87D instead???
If you change it like you planned, then these 3 routes will require much more bus... And the demand of 81C wouldnt be that high... As the coverage of 81C would be reduced...

分拆後可能建議中的81C同81P要成15-20分鐘一班,吸引必定大減
建議兩線只於繁時單向分拆
