黃色暴雨警告信號

天文台在下午3時30分發出黃色暴雨警告信號，這是首次在11月發出黃色暴雨警告信號。

Because of the rain-belt, there will be lati-thunderstorm tomorrow; no more sunny days will be available until next week.  In fact, there will be no sunny days that has been available since 11/13/06.

The group of rainstorm: Stop the sunshine!
(Some of the members: We don't want sunshine anymore! )
The group of cloud: No comment!
The group of sunshine:
                                   We will wait until the sunshine comes back.  It
                                   is no problem because sunny days have
                                   disappeared for more than 10 days.
                                   However, we stop yellow fire any more in this
                                   November!!    
All three groups: Give me five to stop yellow fire!! (*6)

今年十一月有成一半既日子都係多雲有雨，究竟今年十一月既日照時間會唔會創下最低紀錄呢？
另外據天文台網站既資料，1914年係天文台有紀錄以來錄到最多雨量既十一月份(224.2毫米)，唔知呢個紀錄有冇可能會被打破呢？

Guess Answer:

There will be about 100 - 150 mm rainfall in this November, including this thunderstorm.

I think there is less sunshine in the same month (about  120 - 140 hrs).  This is possible because sunshine was avaliable on 11/1 - 11/12: about 100 hrs; 11/13 - 11/27: about 25 - 35 hrs if avaliable: mainly 11/17, 11/20 PM ONLY, NO sunshine is available on 11/21, 11/22; 11/28 afterward: about 20 - 25 hrs if sunny days come back.

The sunny period may not come back because of another rainny days on this weekend.  No sunshine is valid on 11/25 - 11/27.  According to HKO, because it seems impossible toward partly sunny, no such sunny period will be form.  Wait sunny days?
It may get trouble unless the condition appears again.

There is shortly sunny in afternoon on 11/26/06, but it may or may not one on 11/28/06 depend on the weather on the same day.  Any other information is similar listed above.

There will be shortly sunny only next few days; no sunshine is avaliable, but there may be another rain on 11/29.

Continuing from the essays 2 and 4 written by hp7629, the ending of the story will be like that:

Part 1: Written on 11/27/06:

hp7629: the sun cannot shine within this November.
The groups of cloud and thunderstorm: Yeah! The weather will not become better except 12/1 and 12/2.  Because of the next typhoon, see you later, we will have better future, and thanks for El Nino...
The group of sunshine: We have no more expect because we are played by the gods.   We do not think there is shortly sunny on 11/30 because if the weather is not too bad, the shortly sunny times may be available.  We only look forward to seeing the partly sunny period on 12/1 and 12/2.  If there is one, see you later!
hp7629: Do not let the yellow fire know, and see you later!

Part 2: Written on 12/3/06:

hp7629: There is a yellow fire on 12/2/06, and it has been keeping going until 12/4.
The group of sunshine: At first, we cannot believe.  However, after the sunny period has been starting, this can be true.  However, the amount of clouds increase next 2 days, and there will be different way to continue the story.
Oops!  It is not the sunny day on 12/7/06...

The real weather situation on 12/7/06: because of cloudy version in South China, there is some dizzle or shower in Hong Kong owing to the Eastern wind.  However, the sunny version is larger than the shower version because there is 83% sunshine, 14% dizzle or shower, and 3% clouds.  If the shower board were used, then there were at least 40% dizzle or shower + 30% - 40% sunshine.
