關於在港鐵範圍內拍攝

又係老問題啦，其實港鐵範圍內可否拍攝？

附例寫
No person shall at any time while upon the railway premises without the prior approval in writing of the Corporation, and subject to such terms and conditions as the Corporation may impose, use any voice recording or video recording or camera equipment for the conduct of interviews or taking or making of films or videos.
只有講唔俾拍片，無話影相唔得。

咁我亦都曾去信港鐵，但出黎嘅答案模凌兩可。

想問有無人（或者代表機構）曾經申請過拍照，而又獲得允許？

是否介意 post 出 官方點回應你?


如果我估﹐都係大既係以是否商業性的拍攝作為最大考慮因素﹐商業性便需要申請。
非商業性便睇是否嚴重阻礙到其他乘客﹐會唔會引起秩序問題﹐多方考慮作出靈活處理。
(唔通一個遊客影張相留為紀念都唔得﹐都要檢控咩。)

With regard to your enquiry, under the MTR By-laws 28H (1e), the usage of any voice recording or video recording or camera equipment for the conduct of interviews or taking or making of films or videos inside railway premises without the prior approval in writing of the Corporation and subject to such terms and conditions as the Corporation may impose are prohibited. Whilst we do all we can to enforce the By-laws, we wish to appeal for your understanding that we also have to rely on passengers’ cooperation and self-discipline.

However, we are pleased to learn that you are interested in travelling on the MTR during your stay in Hong Kong. 我上星期番東鐵線月台﹐見到個大陸女人企出黃線影張相留為紀念﹐其實係咪可以唔俾佢影?

係。

重點係企出黃線﹐而不是影相留念。


如果真係講例﹐真係影相都有問題﹐不過你見上面引出官方回應﹐已經講了有些靈活性處理。

講真﹐除了這些有危機性的行為﹐職員見到會即時阻止外。
這些影相留念性質﹐又阻唔到人又無影響人流秩序﹐你影完相職員都未到啦﹐你估職員真係好得閒處理咩。

以前digital video camera未普及時，器材體積大，例必落腳架甚至鋪軌，附例正正針對這種行為。

如果港鐵範圍內真係嚴格執行唔俾影相/片，咁o個d咩野讓座男呀，專影關愛座「衰人」既拍片主人角都應該被控告，每個人都唔怕俾人擺上網起底lu………

張智霖、郭富城等都犯過法了，哈！

正如馬路上不准行人逗留，或亂過馬路，你睇政府有冇charge咁多位在彌敦道的「行人」嗎？

I understand that MTR By-law 28H (1e) does prohibit the act of filming, however it would be unclear whether taking still photos are permitted inside railway premises. If not, by any chance, can an individual apply for an authorization?
Notorious by the reliability and high-efficiency, MTR is a big part of Hong Kong's liveliness. It would be pitiful if it is missing from the description of Hong Kong.

With regard to your further comments, we would like to emphasize that the use of any voice recording or video recording or camera equipment for the conduct of interviews or taking or making of films or videos inside railway premises are prohibited under the MTR By-laws 28H (1e), without permission.
However, if you would like us to consider a request from you to shoot photos inside MTR railway premises, please send your request detailing your full purpose in asking for this permission and explaining what you intend to do with any footage you film to our email at CR@mtr.com.hk. Once received your request will be forwarded to the responsible department for their consideration.
