今次 BA 都幾大獲...俾 VS 插o左一大刀...
不過如果係開放競爭
咁 LHR -  US d cities 既機票應該會平好多好多wor...
對d 客來講應該係一件好事

haha, I am preparing Transport Economic Exams which is going to be tomorrow.
And, I remember one of the past paper, stated about the merges that was planning
to be happened between AA and BA, but finally disallowed by both UK and US government.
BA has just won the best airlines honour this year. I really want to ask how
BA could get that!

Even if they open LHR-US market to other competitor like BD/DL/NW etc, I personally dont think the ticket price will become much lower...
Main reason being slots at LHR is limited and its hard for any airlines to secure good slots for Transatlantic flights...
So in the short term, even it is proven that the case is true, its hard to get competition in unless the government force BA to give up some slots for their competitor...
Never the less, BD have been interested on this market for a long time already... If they really open it up, I believe BD will suspend some LHR domestic/short-haul flights to use those slots on more profitable transatlantic routes...
