Actually, TC1 has the same body as the picture titan, only the 2 door onces has a half window bay behind the driver.

Actually, I thouhgt I read somewhere that this bus was converted long time ago because of changed of managment and they have excessive DD buses, and need SD buses, and rebuild to become a single decker, cause I've seen old picture of Fleetline single decker with east lance body, Marshall, or Alexander W, they are  build as a normal single decker with out the engine cover of the double deck version.

The Fleetline SD chassic supply in the 60's are actually little bit different then the DD version (the driver position is higher, and it comes with a 35ft options, also, engine is a littlebit different (i remember from old brochure that it comes with 6LW, also, the rear doesn't have the Engine Crowl.  The Fleetline SD later was discontinued and replaced by the Roadliner.

Well, if you find some books about BL or Daimler in English, then you will found out that there are infact, Daimler Fleetline SD version, btw, even the Jumbo book, look at those brochure at the back, there's illustration of SD Jumbo.

But SD jumbo is not that popular, because alot of buyer chose AEC Merlin/ Bristol instead.  and Fleetline SD was replaced with Damiler Roadliner.

BTW, look at the above list, at the middle part there are some SRG6LW, these are single deckers with 6LW engines indeed, and towards mid bottom there are some SRG6LXB for Leeds.

"The CRG6-30 or 'Fleetline' RE30 rear engine double deck bus was introduced in September 1960. It had a short 16ft 3in wheelbase, 30ft overall length, and a height of 13ft 4in, and seated upto 78 passengers. Early versions were equipped with Daimler CD6 engines but production models were powered by a 10.5 litre Gardner 6LX mounted at the rear. A further option was the 8.4 6LW engine. CRG6LW models could be found with the SHMD and the Ayrshire company of A1 service. The design of axle and transmission allowed for a low, flat floor, and in the mid 1960's the SRG6-33 chassis could accomodate a 33ft long bus with room for upto 86 seats.

Operators saw the value of this impressive bus with its large seating capacity and soon many fleets had the Daimler rear engine passenger vehicles. These varied in design depending upon specifications required by the customer. Some preffered shortor chassis than those offered as standard; SHMD and Walsall were examples of this sort of client, the Walsall models carrying 65 passengers on CRG6-27 chassis. The CRG6LX-33 double deckers and SRG6LX-36 single deckers proved to be popular with transport authorities such as West Bromwich, Middlesbrough, Birkenhead, Midland Red, and Glasgow.

The end of the 1960's witnessed the merger of Daimler with Leyland, whose Atlanteans were already in a strong position on the bus market, and soon a Leyland 680 engine was employed by Daimler, the chassis being referred to as a CRL6, the start of a renaming period of Daimler chassis. However the end of the 1970's saw Daimler's name disappear on new models, to be replaced by the Leyland Fleetline insignia."
