客務中心係車站設施
所以我係講南港島綫「車站」無客務中心
但我冇話「成條」南港島綫無客務中心
或「所有」南港島綫車站無客務中心

What you extracted in a question is incomplete in the context and not the original meaning anymore.
I would not response anything if the incomplete sentence or question were extracted and doubted without the context.

My assumption is "海洋公園站" is "正常車站" only for replying about "海洋公園站有客務中心" and ask further question
So what wrong is it?

Is it good that not to discuss about financial situation of MTR  for this topic and to keep off topic continuously? As we know you always sidetrack the discussion, though.

There are other normal stations which don't have customer service centres, so your assumption is wrong and hence your question is faulty
