The first photo is pretty irony...

Some years after that photo there would really be a 42M route having a stop
somewhere close to Tsuen Wan Ferry, but it used Dennis Jubilant (N)
in its early days, and have never used G regularly.

the size of the brake is much smaller than usual.
push forward to lock the brake and pull back to release.

這款無論拉手掣 (往上推) 還是鬆手掣都會發出聲響，但後期版本鬆手掣時無聲。

You're absolutely right.  I used to be very good at imitating this sound, too.
