[YVR]New Flyer C40LFR

R mean restyle front, this bus received Cummins Westport C Gas Plus CNG engine and Allison B400R transmission, the keypad of the transmission was modified the newest version~~

as Bill said it's used for holding the wheel chiar...
it is very commond on the north american ALF buses
some of them are using seat bell only...

p.s you can see that the seat bell is next to the hooks
