NW問題

我想問NW的服務是不是較UA同AA這兩間航空公司為差?

事實上AA係好過NW﹐但UA同NW就不相伯仲~~

I would agree with what billmf say. My comment would be based on each flight. It depends on the mood of the F/A.

NW aircraft did not have any entertainment on domestic flights while both UA and AA have

NW's A330s are the state-of-the-art aircraft that comes with PTV (large monitor), while UA and AA uses 777, which both have PTV on int'l route. In fact, AA's PTV is newer and larger than UA's. However, UA have Channel 9 (ATC) for you to listen.

in-flight meal: forget it when flying US domestic. AA and UA serve free peanuts/prezels during flight while NW charge for $1 for that. NW and AA serves Coke products while UA serves Pepsi products.

Some ppl like UA over NW while some like NW over UA, but most ppl like AA.

設備就應該係UA同AA好D啦,最少NW得D330有PTV同埋自己仲有DC9同DC10係到

NW有個好處,就係可以預先上網留位,
UA就唔得,連我走去機場想留位,
個counter同我講一大堆又要加錢又唔可以留位既藉口,
嘈一大輪先同我做,NW就冇呢類麻煩。

因為NW一般冇PTV,
所以通常機票大多時平過UA。

其實美國的傳統航空公司服務質素除左CO較好外, 其他都係差不多,
如果要比較UA, NW, AA, 聽D朋友講UA服務較NW好少少, 而AA就最差.

I think I forget to mention, UA usually costs more than NW
Usually, UA is always US$100 more expensive than NW on ex-HKG flight
But, UA have a lot more frequency to USA when compared to NW
NW only have 1 daily via Tokyo, while UA have one daily to Tokyo, San Francisco and Chicago (UA also have additional 3 weekly to Chicago, and soon for San Francisco)

From my experience, there are some UA fans and some NW fans. For service level, it really depends on luck.

You can pre-select  your seat on AA for all their flight too, actually you can do it on most of the US airline, including the LCC, which I think is much better than CX. expecially consider CX is the airline of the year
For AA, I think only their 777 arer equipped with PTV.
