JFK is a huge airport with 9 terminals. I decided to try to tour all of them (except one that is closed).
Terminal 1 is fairly nice. It's very spacious.
Now off to the next terminal!
The Delta terminal is quite crappy. There is a long walk along the side to get to the entrance. I gave up after a little bit of it because that 'sidewalk' was very narrow and full of people.
Terminal 4 is by far the nicest terminal. It's even more spacious than Terminal 1 and quite new.
I can't believe HSBC can brand the bridges in so many cities yet not in Hong Kong, where it was founded.
Terminal 5 is under renovation and reconstruction. It is the old TWA terminal.
JetBlue occupies Terminal 6. Although it looks old, they've done a good job making it quite functional inside.
Terminal 7 is fairly small, yet it looks fairly decent as well. JFK is not a very old airport it seems. They've done a lot of work restoring the terminals.
American's Terminal 9 is very good. They're still working on it and will open fully next year.
Thanks to the Airtrain, my tour around the airport was complete in about 2 hours.
