Yes.
Oh... maybe during that period I only went to school after the Tsing Yi Special Departures stopped

One thing to note that , the new PA are not broadcast when every TSY Sp Dep arrives. For some of the departures the old PA was still being used.

One reason for that is:
That PA need to be selected by the SO in PSB, and broadcast afterwards,
if they didn't select in the computer system, original msg will still be broadcasted anyway.
