大韓航空香港至首爾航線由10月31日起增加班次

Red Eye path to tokyo is actually very good for tourist, since with the current flight schedule to NRT, tourist needs to head to the airport early, once the plane arrive NRT, it will still take 2 hrs for them to get to downtown Tokyo. Basically you loss half of the day and you get tired already since taking 8ish plane means no sleep for the night before.

However I don't know about business traveller pattern. They may not perfer red eye flight.

其實商務客都幾鐘意呢D red-eye 航班架
D客可以日間返工,夜晚上機訓,第二朝就由機場返公司
所以我覺得香港去東京係有 red-eye 需求的

NRT有航空管制，00:00到06:30係禁止所有航班降落既。
當然，香港去東京所需時間長過去漢城(首爾)，如果響1:30
打後先起飛都無乜問題的。
