Alcatel SelTrac S40 track cable on London Underground

I have taken couple of photos on West Ham Station on Jubilee Line, tubelines is preparing that cabling work for ATO in the future. The photo shown the communication cable being lay on four rail system, note the position is different to KCR West Rail.

I guess Jubilee is one of the best testing points of ATO for London Tube,
as Jubilee is one of the simplest line in London, while the length is sufficiently long,
while the number of passengers of the line is not as heavy as that of Victoria, Central or Northern, that it would be more suitable for testing something new in mature operating environment.

central,WATERLOO AND CITY 不唔係己經行ATO嗎?

Only Central Line and Victoria Line is running on ATO.
Waterloo and City line has recently renewed with 5 months closure but only renewed the track and stations not signalling
