Yet the main problem is that those Comfort are lack of equipment for safety!
Operation cost and ease for running are very important, but do you think that
safety should overcome all of the other factors?

The thing is that, of course they can sell the better equipted version la, look at those used in Japan, but than, if you sell that version in HK, then it might cost more, and those owners/ renter will not like the price hike on the comfort lei...unless the government do something on auto safety in taxi, the situation will not change much.....
