haha, maybe this is the chinese culture la, as i studied in US since Grade 7, I've been in and out of relationship since High School, and in fact, schools encourage dating too (look at those Home Coming, Tolo, and Prom..), in fact, I remember, at the age of my moms going to Secondary, their school didn't stop them from dating, in fact, this was how my mom met my dad, they met @ F3, if DGS and alot of those Band 1 school can do that 30+ years ago, what makes an advancing society going backward and suddenly become so high in Moral...at last check, HK is still part of China, not part of a middle eastern Islam country...
