翡翠台播放的節目沒有粵語？

於十二月四日至十二月八日凌晨（即十二月三日至十二月七日的深夜）播放的《2006世界電信展》主聲道不是粵語，而是普通話，如果要聽回粵語，便要轉換聲道；但是於十二月五日凌晨（即十二月四日的深夜）播放的同一個節目，竟然是沒有粵語，而是只有普通話及英語，而且《2006世界電信展》是沒有提供中文字幕，這樣的安排有沒有抵觸廣播條例呢？

因為根據廣播條例是有這樣的列明：

《電視廣播有限公司續期廣播牌照》附表1第10(1)條規定持牌人須提供一項以英文為主播的語言服務，以及一項以中文為主播的語言服務。

《電視廣播有限公司續期廣播牌照》附表1第10(2)條規定持牌人可在事先得到廣播事務管理局的書面批准後，以及在符合該局可施加的條件下，以其他一種或多種語言或方言作其全部或部分語言服務廣播。

acutally, the Chinese on this clause mean the Chinese commonly used in HK, if need to use Mandarin, then it cannot be the main language (ie: Cantonese broadcast, nicam english/ Mandarin) then Cantonese is the main language, if the Jade can broadcast mandarin shows, then why the mandarin news and financial news need to be @ pearl?

明珠台及國際台播放普通話的新聞報導，是廣管局要求；至於翡翠台及本港台如果需要播放非粵語的節目，事前需要經過廣管局的批准，而且需要在節目內容提供中文字幕（直播節目除外）。
