and the photo shown above is really good to explain that the speed limited is up to 100kph, 62mph is roughly convert between them...

No you can't. To do that you need to fiddle with the engine management system,
and that need an engineer to do that in the workshop. No matter how much a
"naughty" driver wishes, he/she simply hasn't got access to the system that limit
the vehicle's speed.
