Both (151/2) have been on the road since last weekend.

have these buses a shorter wheelbase than the 12m OmniCities or a shorter overall length?
it seemed that they have a shorter rear overhang just like the OmniTowns.

No, they are the same chassis (and so is the Omnitown, apart from the short wheelbase).
The overhang looks a bit shorter because the Omnicity body design is a bit blukier.
