當我冇問過...

其實first group係唔係多數都係收購/入資d唔同地方的細巴士公司來擴展"first group"呢個名和其服務網絡?

簡單來說，係收購一間巴士公司與及其服務網絡來擴展，不過這個問題牽涉到公營服務私有化範疇，建議日後另開主題再作討論 (包括First Coaches)

我都跟返張...

下個月後, 呢度就會有翻天覆地的變動, 希望2-3年後會有另一番新景象啦!

其實一早已經申請左planning application架喇，不過都係有好多野考慮先至等到咁耐先批同埋開工啫

Southgate Redevelopment Project

In 2003 planning approval was granted for the re-development of the Southgate area of Bath,  
creating six new blocks made up of:

37,000 m² of retail space, which will be an increase of 17,000m² on the current area.  
This will include a department store and a variety store;
3,500m² of leisure space;
2,300m²  of restaurant space;
91 residential units, 23 of which will be affordable housing;

New public transport interchange, including a new bus station;

New and improved public realm, including new streets and open spaces
724 car-parking spaces.

In October 2006 Multi Development UK Ltd became CGNU/Morley Fund Management’s Joint Venture Partner. Multi Development is committed to delivering Southgate within the shortest possible time frame, and expect to be on-site with construction early in 2007 doing everything within its power to deliver the total redevelopment completed by 2011.
