Yes, another 50 of the VT-class B9TLs are being ordered for delivery over the summer by Dublin Bus.


Dublin Bus VT12, Volvo B9TL-7220/Alexander Dennis Enviro 500, Dublin (Jul 2006)

That means totally 70 B9TL in Dublin Bus?
Really a large bus fleet...

Do B9TL is a deisgn for the worldwide?
or just for some of the parties?

It should be 120, as Dublin Bus also placed an order for 50 2-axle B9TL with E400 bodywork.

I would like to ask a silly question:
Is this bus 12m or 13.7m long?
I can't count the number of windows clearly.

As I remembered, it has a 12m chassis but the total length is 12.5m

The Ireland batch should be 12m, which same as KMB's.

The photo is very nice, thank you for sharing. What is their engine combination? Obviously they don't need as high powered as KMB's since they have no air-con

D9A300 engine with the ZF5HP602 6-speed transmission as far as I am aware, which should be
about the same as the HK ones.
