However, HKO assumes that no more sunny period is available after the lati-thunderstorm after 4/25.  As I thought, if there is just shortly-sunshine basis, using cloudy is much more pefer.  There will be another shower/T-shower after 4/28.  Hence, the next sunny period may not appear within this month.
The next sunny day: see you on 4/29!

One more point: The moon has been stopping since 4/20/07 because of the shower.  The power of the moon is (much) weaker than that of the sun.  The night time shower can make the moon leave.  Similar example: the night of 2/8/07.  Therefore, the sunshine can share with the shower, but it is not possible that the moon shares with the shower.

The weather distribution on 4/22: shower: 43%; sunshine (shortly-sunshine basis only): 39%; any other is clouds (18%).  Hence, the main weather is sunshine-present shower.

Do not forget what we have discussed before: Go thunderstorm (only!) on 4/24, and stop all sunshine on the same day!

The story:
The group of cloud-thunderstorm: Thanks the Gods!
The group of sunshine: We beleive that no such sunny days are possible til 4/29 (or 4/28?) because if there is one, only the partly-sunny bisas reappears.  Is this possible on 4/26, 4/27, (4/28)?  Nope!   Therefore, stop the sunshine till 4/29!  Same as the years before, there will be a sunny period between 4/29 and 5/3 (depend on how the weather is good).  

The latest update:
We just want thunderstorm, but definitely the sunshine must be stopped!  However, the thunderstorm is not hugh enough to attract everyone who like bad weather to discuss.  Hope that the thick clouds plus thunderstorm can have more good news!  Break down sunshine today (4/24) and enjoy the bad weather!

The question that nobody can answer:
Is there any sunshine valid on 4/17?

Solution:
Yes, it is.  According to the information you may find in HKO website, there was 0.9 hours sunshine which is valid on 4/17 besides the thunderstorm.

Although there was lati-thunderstorm (No such sunshine is valid) on 4/24, there is still less rainfall in April 07 than that of the normal.  On the other hand, there is more sunshine that that of average in April 07 even though no sunshine is valid between 4/2 - 4/6, 4/10, and 4/29. (*10)
