四線開辦當天，與其他新界西往尖沙咀的早晨特別線，及300系列路線，提供早上減價五角優惠，至1992年9月30日止，當時九巴並舉辦大抽獎吸引乘客。

仲有除252B外全部改行西九龍走廊

應該是在推廣期間，巴士乘客上車時取得抽獎券，內有抽獎券號碼，然後會在推廣期結束後進行抽獎並於報章公佈中獎號碼。
