港鐵招標供應列車車頂及受電弓狀態監測系統

為了減少意外發生和防止列車行駛期間受電弓突然脫落而導致服務延誤，港鐵有意邀請合資格的承建商來招標供應車頂及受電弓狀態監測系統（Provision of trackside train roof and pantograph condition monitoring system），合約編號 : C9161-21E，詳情如下：


軌道旁列車車頂和受電弓狀態監測系統的主要功能是：
（1）通過在沿路邊的特定位置安裝攝像頭，以135 km / h的速度拍攝每列列車的車頂和受電弓的完整圖像，以及
（2）通過軟件圖像處理技術，自動檢測列車車頂和受電弓上的任何缺陷，例如碳帶損壞，受電弓角缺失，方向盤變形，受電弓/列車車頂設備變形，螺釘和外部物體缺失等。一旦發現缺陷，系統將通過移動網絡或與公司LAN的接口向操作員生成警報通知。系統應通過圖像處理技術識別每輛經過的列車，而不使用射頻識別（RFID）。系統應建立一個數據庫，以使每個受電弓與列車編組相匹配，以進行趨勢分析。系統獲取的圖像應易於按需提供給操作員通過通信網絡進行訪問。由於場地限制，該系統應設計為安裝在軌道兩側和/或高架懸鏈的垂直桿上（例如，在隧道或其他高架結構的入口處）


根據資格預審的結果，合同可以由以下內容構成：

或分成以下幾包，投標人只能投標其中一個或兩個：
（2）套餐A-設計，供應，安裝，測試和調試七套軌道旁列車車頂和受電弓狀態監測系統。套餐B-設計，供應和安裝民用和E＆M支持工程（例如安裝支架，電纜，電纜連接，電源等），以簡化系統的安裝。


招標的資格預審過程將在2021年5月進行，招標將在2021年8月進行。

MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the provision of Trackside Train Roof and Pantograph Condition Monitoring System.

The primary functions of the Trackside Train Roof and Pantograph Condition Monitoring System are (1) to capture complete images of the train roof and pantograph of each train running at speeds of up to 135km/h with cameras installed at specific locations along the tracksides, and (2) to automatically detect any defects on the train roof and pantograph, such as carbon strip damage, missing pantograph horn, disorientation, deformation of pantograph/train roof equipment, missing screws and external objects, etc., by software image processing technique. Once the defects are detected, the System shall generate alarm notifications to the operator via mobile network or interfacing with the corporate LAN. The System shall identify each passing train by image processing technique without the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). A database shall be established by the System to match each pantograph to the train consist for trend analysis. Images acquired by the System shall be readily available for access by the operator via the communication network on demand basis. Due to site limitations, the System shall be designed to be mounted on vertical poles on either side of the tracks and above/or the overhead catenary (e.g. at the portal of tunnels or other overhead structures).

The Contract may be formed from the following depending on the prequalification assessment result:

(1)  Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of seven sets of Trackside Train Roof and Pantograph Condition Monitoring System, including civil and E&M enabling works (such as mounting brackets, cabling, cable connections, power supply, etc.) for facilitating the installation of the System;

or split into the following packages, where tenderers may tender only one or both packages:

(2)  Package A - Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of seven sets of Trackside Train Roof and Pantograph Condition Monitoring System.

      Package B - Design, supply and installation of the civil and E&M enabling works (such as mounting brackets, cabling, cable connections, power supply, etc.) for facilitating the installation of the System.

The prequalification process for the tender will take place in May 2021 and tenders will be invited in August 2021.

In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 21 May 2021 via the MTR Corporation Limited’s E-Tendering System.

Upon expression of interest, the applicants will receive an invitation of prequalification via the E-Tendering System. The applicants shall complete and submit all information and details as required in the invitation via the E-Tendering System no later than 2:00pm (Hong Kong Time) on 10 June 2021.
