城巴陸續恢復部份日間路線及城巴機場快線有限度服務，包括恢復全部主要新界西過海路線，以及開始恢復將軍澳及西九龍路線的服務。城巴首要考慮為保障車長及顧客的安全。城巴正持續評估路面狀況，惡劣天氣為全港多區帶來嚴峻挑戰，嚴重影響石澳、赤柱、大潭、黃竹坑及將軍澳一帶，有關路段服務恢復將相對緩慢，以下路線現時正提供有限度服務：
Citybus will be resuming operations on a phased basis across our daytime and Cityflyer routes. All of the major New Territories West Harbour Crossing routes have resumed services, while bus services in Tseung Kwan O and West Kowloon have started to resume service. Our main priority at all times is the safety of our Bus Captains and customers. The severe weather conditions have posed significant challenges across multiple areas of Hong Kong. Customers should note that major issues are being encountered in areas such as Stanley, Shek O, Tai Tam, Wong Chuk Hang, and Tseung Kwan O where resumption may be taken in slower stages. 城巴營運及工程團隊於夜間趕工，致力解救受困的巴士和同事。城巴正連同政府及有關機構評估路面狀況，並會持續更新恢復巴士服務的安排。
Our Operations and Engineering Teams have worked through the night to mount operations to recover both stranded buses and colleagues, which is still ongoing. We are actively assessing the road conditions in partnership with the government authorities and agencies and will provide regular updates on the arrangements for the resumption of bus services throughout the day.
