Was a bit of "out of expectation" to ride on these gears free of charge.

It did sounded like a dart and I would say it is pretty much of a dart.

Where is this?

That looks like a CNG tank, rather than an air-cond unit

That's CNG tank, Daimler Chrysler SLF200 series have CNG version after moved to Orion plant~~
