Purchase of 14 Boeing 777-9 aircraft
On 6th August 2025, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and The Boeing Company (“Boeing Company”) entered into a supplemental agreement pursuant to which the wholly-owned subsidiary (i) exercised the purchase rights under the aircraft purchase agreement (which was dated 20th December 2013 entered into by the whollyowned subsidiary and Boeing Company) to purchase 14 Boeing 777-9 aircraft; and (ii) secured the right to acquire up to seven additional Boeing 777-9 aircraft from Boeing Company.
