LDN- Loaned vehicle from Metroline to First

Hello,

In connection with the development of the huge Westfield shopping centre- in Shepherd's Bush/White City area, Shepherd Bush station closed for refurbishment till October.
Route 148 has 7 extra buses running between Shepherd's Bush and Marble Arch - in addition to the full allocation of 24 buses running the whole length of the route.
Route 148 is operated by London United, using Scania d/ds. the company did not have enough buses for the extra service, so 6 Metroline tridents are on hire from Metroline.
Here is TA87 on the 148. The 6 TA [trident 10m long with alx400 bodies] would be on loan till 15 Feb; on 16 feb, Metroline's own route 210 is being converted from single deck to double deck- using 15 TAs such as TA86.
So, after 15 Feb- and till Oct, plaxton bodied longer tridents [TPL class] would replace them- still from Metroline.
In the meanwhile, 9 Tridents from First are still  on loan at AV garage, while 4 darts from Blue Triangle and 2 darts from East London are still on  hire to  Transdev/London United..
