[CA] Any bus service from Pasadena / LA to Grand Canyon / Las Vegas?

I wish to go to Grand Canyon / Las Vegas from Pasadena, probably on my own as a backpacker, some day in the coming weeks, and the packaged tours appear to be too expensive. Does anyone know if there is any cheap and reliable bus service from Pasadena (or perhaps from Union Station in LA) to Grand Canyon and/or Las Vegas? What is the cost and schedule of such service?

P.S. I searched the Megabus US website (http://www.megabus.com/us/index.php) and it seemed to me there's a route from LA to Las Vegas, but when I tried the 'search and buy' function it told me there were no available outbound trips.

Megabus has terminated all west coast service on June 23rd, 2008.

If you are looking for cheap tour to LV and GC, you may try most Chinese Travel agent in San Gabriel or Monterey Park or even China Town. Keep in mind most Chinese tour also pick up or drop off at those places.

Oh, I see. Which travel agents are reliable? I seem to have heard someone say that Chinese tours can cost as little as US$130, but I searched the web briefly and found that many were in fact pretty expensive (some are up to $600 a day).

And, are there any Chinese travel agents in Pasadena? I might not have time to go down to San Gabriel or Chinatown in the coming few days.
