No, I'm not aware that they are still building double deck chassis anymore (buses
anyway). Since these Setras are 15m, the 3 axle layout is needed to cope with the
weight of the bus itself, and the extra load imposed by the inevitable increase of
capacity.

Setra produce double deck coach called S431DT, which has 13.7m in length.
Also, the length of S319NF is 14.45m instead of 15m

One more thing, Setra's SLF bus share the same underframe design layout as Citaro series
