至於中建,我睇過佢起0既曉廬,有 D設計真係好別出心
裁(例如雙層玻璃),而 D 用料亦都不過不失。 
但佢係中環0既中建大廈咁多年都無乜點翻新過,真係好
殘。  |

小弟住近四十年的樓,由新世界興建,面積六百多呎。
質素尚算可以,電梯用東芝原廠,去年已翻新。
某位對地產有研究的補習老師講起由小甜甜起的樓,話佢唔係起樓,而係起廁所的,仲打趣話瞓完覺間房會水浸,仲會有D異物浮下浮下............. |
