just a very very special arrangement.
i've never seen b4 but just seen photos one time at iTalk.

i have a supplement regarding 694.
694's 20XX only appear in non-peak hour, just opposite to 796B.
Due to this, i guess 694 and 796B are sharing the 20XX, with a reason of reducing cross-harbour cost.
