Last day rtes 14/22- route 14

On Friday, we said goodbye to routemasters on routes 14 and 22.

Here are some of the visitors on route 14:

RML887 in the special livery was also the last routemaster on the route, seen at Hyde Park Corner in the sun earlier in the day.

Ensign sent two RTs, one of which is the orange-red RT4421, seen at Piccadilly.

STL2377 from the 1930s run a 'photographers special' with invited passangers. I had the honour to be invited for such a ride. STLs were in use between 1936 and 1953, before the RTs.

When routemasters were introduced to route 14 in 1964/5, they replaced the RTWs.
