當然係有關係
機場巴士載既唔單係人,仲有行李,所以當時架Olympian
只可坐60人左右

現今兩軸巴士歐洲容許係18噸,香港係16噸,一架E400平均
可以坐70-80位(未計企位),但架車係無冷氣機,如果香港要用
E400,七除八扣應 ...

What GU657 is talking about is those ex-London Airbus Olympians are only allowed to have 60 seats fitted - with no standing passengers by the way - after they got the luggage racks removed when they came off the Airbus services to get themselves within the 18 tonnes limited.

For a like for like specification, a E400 is still around 0.5 tonnes heavier than a Volvo Olympian of similar size. Under the air-cond unit (along with the air ducts and other fittings) are much much lighter, I am seriously skeptic that the E400 will get 70 seats - even getting to the lower 60s will be a push.

其實都有先例, 因為Leyland做唔到雙門短蘭, 所以有單都做唔到九巴生意, 益晒Dennis

From my memory, they just leave the space alone for buggies and wheelchairs - afterall, they have a lift at the front door for that.

Envrio 400 有 3 種玩法~
1. Trident 10.1m (2 door)
     Lower Saloon: 24 + wheelchair OR 27 inc. 1 tip-up
     Upper Saloon: 43
     = 67 + wheelchair OR 70 inc. 1 tip-up

2. Trident 10.8m (2 door)
     Lower Saloon: 28 + wheelchair OR 31 inc. 1 tip-up
     Upper Saloon: 47
     = 75 + wheelchair OR 78 inc. 1 tip-up

3. Trident 10.8m (1 door)
     Lower Saloon: 32 + wheelchair OR 33 inc. 1 tip-up
     Upper Saloon: 47
     = 79 + wheelchair OR 80 inc. 1 tip-up

如果係 79 人的話應是 3. Trident 10.8m (1 door)

但以香港公共交通環境
10.1m單門及10.8m雙門會係較適合選擇
