Actually, TOYOTA COMFORT OR CROWN COMFORT have many purpose in JAPAN.

They can be taxi as majority, Patrol car for police, exercise car for ldriving earner, private family car, private hire, customer service car in hotel and so on.

This model for funeral have not been sold in TOYOTA Japanese dealership or website directly, it is tailor-made option model.
