其實在新方案下,基本上整個土瓜灣區域,偏偏只有翔龍灣剛好同時不在馬頭圍站及土瓜灣的500米服務範圍內,難怪他們會「慶過辣雞」。
現在港鐵唯有參考何文田站,在土瓜灣站及馬頭圍站加建行人網絡系統連接到翔龍灣附近。 |

but don't forget they have bus terminus next to them........ if they are so powerful... why don't ask the NWFF to provide the special ferry service between central Wan Chai and Kowloon City?
Also, they have a bus terminus next to their estate..... please remember..... the traffic condition must be improved when the MTR finished.... the jounery time must shorter...... did they consider these?
Even I know it's happen already.....
Moreover, Moreover, according to the 馬頭角 outline zoning plan in 2001, S/K10/14
the 定線 is via Tam Kung Rd....

不過過多兩年中九龍幹線動工,翔龍灣隔籬呢個巴士總站又要成個被掘開
施工,雖則會搬去旁邊既臨時總站繼續運作,但佢地受既工程影響困擾的
確又唔少。
