173 Wells to Bath

又慢又兜,由Wells去Bath,其實可以同376一樣行A39,之後由Chewton Mendip轉去Midsomer Norton再去Bath,不過之前有日坐過,竟然行極兜極窄既路,慢之餘,仲要係咁停,搭到我又唔可以訓又chok到想嘔,要8個字先去到Midsomer Norton,平時我坐376,一路暢跑A39,A37(Bristol Hill),8個字已經去到Whitchurch,已經入左Great Bristol境內.





PS: 在WELLS打滾了幾星期,發覺WELLS係一個極細又人少既地方,376半粒鐘先一班車,都已經係WELLS第一大線皇
唔知係咪WELLS太細,所以佢係FSA WESTON總廠既附屬廠

first bristol冇B7RLE...
376個D單層Wright係Weston-Super-Mare的
Yeovil個4架前BH既單層Wright(66956/58/60/61)都已經好[美白]
X39除左66730/33/35之外全部都.....


而Weston-super-Mare既66717/18/20/21/25/935就有車頭黑邊不過側面全部黑邊都美白晒...
都唔知番油班人個腦諗乜,油到架車咁核突.

But it is better than First Hampshire & Dorset!!! These guys prefer much more black coating and looking at these buses I think the Bristolian made the right decision!

I think Weston&Wells B7RLE repainting is better than both Bath and Yeovil.
At least they don't seperate the destination board and the windscreen.

It is because BH/YL are painted by other firms, whilst WM buses are painted in the depot in Oldmixon.

But the repaint format of 66722/723/724/726 is the same as BH/YL

Besides, I have a better impression on WM than BH as they have better maintainence of their vehicles. So I like WM more than BH

I have no actual figure on-hand how many of them are painted by which firm, but what I can tell you that there is no particular reason why these buses have been repainted differently what so ever, as spoken by a friend, it is just a test to see 'what the bus will look like' by applying whites on various areas on the bus.

Apply white to other areas is fine, but they apply white to seperate Destination display and windscreen make the bus looks ugly

剛剛坐到傳說中的第3架前York掛接--10037

事實上,FSA repaint得好過First Hampshire & Dorset既,FHD班友油到架車成部小醜咁,見到真係忍唔住笑...
不過都唔好係又油白色唔係又油先得架.

一早都知WM既車係由原廠人油,因為車尾有www.firstgroup.com,而車隊no.字型係用幼體,好有傳統First Bus的味道,而且番油手工亦比BH/First Bristol好.

其實我覺得最好都係好似66730/66733/66735咁跟番原廠設計去油
