The latest takeover approach has been received by National Express Group from one of its major shareholder. Spanish Cosman family and equity company CVC Capital Partners is the latest bidder of the troubled transport gaint following First's failed attempt a few weeks ago. It is also rumoured that Stagecoach will join in for the race as well.
