[GB] Eclipse Gemini 2

Although the Gemini 2 was launched as Wrightbus' own integral vehicle, it came to no surprise that the new bodystyle has migrated to the existing range as well. The popular Eclipse Gemini, mounted on Volvo B9TL chassis, also received the facelift and an increasing number of the type is now coming into service in the country.



We shall see a bit more of these a little later on B5:

Supposedly it is the lightened version of the original Gemini with excessive weight trimmed. The reason why I say "supposedly" though, is looking at the Lothian examples I don't notice any weight difference between the old and the new ones. Both, 11.4m version granted, are weighted a little over 12600kg unladen. I'll wait for the ones in London to come along and see if there is any difference in the future.

very stylish.. let me remember the local built facelift once appeared in CTB #104...
look forward to seeing such facelift in coming kmb b9 with air-cond body
