(Question) CX's Auckland route.

I heard the flight to and from Auckland was a non-direct flight, sometimes ago.

My questions are where is that stop and why it need to stop?

Is it for techical reason or not enough passagers?

When did it change to direct flight, with what equipment?

宜家cx的到奧克蘭的航班是用343來飛的. 我在八月時坐過cx返紐西蘭, 客量都ok的(大約有90%滿), 如果唔係cx都唔會加開cx117去akl la! ;)

CX had to make a stop at Port Moresby on their way to Auckland... But that many years ago and I though it was a techical stop...
