今次好多線都受罪...
5仔,12分鐘變15分鐘1班
Service 5 - Bus Station - Twerton:
Following customer requests to improve punctuality, the frequency ofbuses at off peak times on Monday to Friday and all day on Saturdayswill be changed to run every 15 minutes rather than every 12 minutes.This will allow for congestion along the route especially on LowerBristol Road.

殺12
Service 12 - City Centre - Whiteway:
This service will no longer run on Monday - Saturday due to lowcustomer use. Journeys on Sundays and Public Holidays supported by Bathand North East Somerset Council will continue for the time being. TheCouncil is considering options to provide a possible replacementservice for the rest of the week

13,15分鐘一班變20分鐘1班.....
Service 13 - Foxhill - Bathford:
To improve overall punctuality, the frequency of buses on Monday toSaturday will be changed to run every 20 minutes rather than every 15minutes.

X39分新車失敗之餘仲要玩CUT班....
Service X39 - Bath - Bristol:
In line with customer demand, on weekday mornings, buses from Bath BusStation between 0700 and 0900 will run every 15 minutes instead ofevery 12 minutes. Buses from Bristol Bus Station between 0800 and 1000will also run every 15 minutes. Buses will continue to run every 12minutes throughout the day at off peak times.

香港既NWFirst Bus同城巴就不斷加班加車,反而First bus就不斷cut班,真係日日退步,最搞笑既係5仔,人地要求佢準時d,佢不但唔加車,反而cut班來換取準時...
反而Bristol個邊既8/9/24/25就有得加班同有新車....
First Bristol/SA真係.....九巴屯門廠雖然呢幾年不斷將D新車比元朗東頭廠食,但屯門個邊都分到幾架07年既B9.
反而BATH,自P&R批新車之後就再冇分過新車,仲要比First係咁cut班,cut完一次又一次.....
依家18/418比U18搶走一半既客,First真係自己攞黎賤...

I am not agree with what you have commented above as the change of schedule aims to improve the on-time performance and utilise the vehicle use within the Bath network.

Adding extra buses on route 5 does not help with the punctuality of the service, consider the traffic flow during rush hours, operation cost, usage etc. You will know running buses in the South West is not as straight forward as you have in mind.

BANES does not provide financial support on these routes and it is not suprise if they reduce services to meet the year budget.

Regarding the Bristol service, if you look back to the media press which criticised First Bristol's services heavily over the last few years, Bristol is urgently getting new buses for most routes and hence First has committed to invest in the area by upgrading infrastructures and vehicles, I cannot see there's any point for BH to gain 59-reg buses to replace 54-reg buses where Bristol have dozens of N-reg and M-reg old single deckers awaiting disposals.

一 d 經常受塞車影響既線,加多多車都無用
想班次準時就唯有唔好寫到咁密 ...

I think that BH deport likes to keep old buses rather than new buses, like 403's B12Ms. Besides, WM also replaces 54 plate with 59 ones, and WM can get a few B9s on the X1/353, but BH deport just took the ALX400s from HE to replace the Olympians...

反而First London分新車分得好平均下,連UX呢d遠郊廠仔都分到10幾架E200去換走批S牌dart...

Your comment is not fair, there is no such things BH can get new buses all round the year. From the point of management and investment, First made a big improvement on it's hardware over the last 3 years in BH area and most buses are now fitted with Euro 3 engines and low floor. BH has replaced the P&R Tridents with brand new Volvos and most step entrance & minibuses were gone.

Talking about WM, they have been using old Dennis Lance, Volvo B10M, Mecedes Benz 709D minibus, ex-BH Volvo B10BLE for ages, with the financial support by North Somerset County Council and Bristol City Council, I cannot see it is being 'unfair' for WM using brand new B9 to replace 20years old Volvo Citybuses on X1/353.

403 is a different case, NatEx contract works cannot compared with FSA's bus network, they are different thing!

Furthermore, you cannot compare anywhere else with London, London is running in contract base with extremely high requirement compared with other towns and cities in the UK.

今日下午坐5號,逼到爆,之後係Lower Bristol Road度見到連續3架5號......

其實5號根本唔夠班次用,5號好多時都逼到嘔,一過Sainsbury倨站就例牌要企,而且最累事就係停係Bus Station內,出出入入都比以前泊係街邊麻煩左,搞到d車成日遲到
其實好似13個d去Bathford方向既半長途線迫入去Bus Station就最適合不過.

其實以前10分鐘咪幾好,First無啦啦cut車,cut到12分鐘一班,而家又要cut班,搞到條5號愈來愈差........
