咁又一單, 又撞死一個好人...
話說琴晚同板友傾開, 都認為醉駕刑罰太低, 之前雖然有案例判誤殺,
但人都死左, 講呢D來又有咩用?

雖然係咁, 唔知大家認為香港既醉駕條例應該作出甚麼程度的修改呢?
歡迎大家一起作出理性且實際的討論.

個人就認為, 醉駕刑責應予以提高, 但以誤殺入罪又似乎有點兒過重.
現行法例下, 醉駕第二次方會釘牌, 個人認為應該一次機會都唔俾,
而有關讀數應該予以收緊. 我地俾機會醉駕人士, 又有邊個俾機會那些受害者及其親屬呢?

罰幾多都無用,因為人命係無得計

成日都話香港學車考牌制度要改良,所有司機都
必需修讀強制理論課,好過只係考20條MC其中
一條問就算

講番呢單case,真係要鬧個司機,飲o左酒無必要
送人番屋企,你估你咁做好型咩,而家夠晒型,,型
到上A1,不過人家就要過痛苦聖誕,一個自私錯誤
決定做定永久傷害,就算道歉坐監釘牌都無用

呢個人渣司機一定要攞去打靶就最啱!

There's something call Vehicular Homicide in the US, which carries the maximum penalty of about 30 years in some state.  I think HK should implement this as the law.  It will definitly deter some drivers from DUI.

An similar offence already exists, namely "Dangerous Driving Causing Death". This offence was created in response to the reluctance of juries in the UK in finding defendants who kill by improper driving guilty of manslaughter.
