病毒和細菌有何分別

是不是生物來的？
應該細菌是生物，病毒則不知道。

病毒係有寄主之下係生物，但冇寄主就唔知lu。
而細菌就一定係生物。

病毒(virus) 不可被 抗生素殺死

反觀，細菌(bacteria) 可以被 抗生素殺死

而由病毒引起的病就會難搞好多。

唔知答唔答到... 因為小弟現在無修BIO 啦。

Antibiotic 就係只能殺細菌，但係 antimicrobial 就可以殺 virus 等微生物...
而 antibiotic 就係 antimicrobial 的一種。

以前上bio老師話, Virus(病毒)算唔算生物, 其實仲唔係咁肯定,
因為有唔同說法, 不過我自己偏向認為不是生物....正如閣下

Having no nuclei does NOT mean they are not organisms.
Prokaryotic cells (e.g. Bacteria, Archea) have no nuclei either.
Or, to be more precise, they have no membrane-bound nuclei.
There are 7 criteria defining an organism (not in any order here):

1. growth
Do viruses grow? Not sure, they remain the same after "manufacturing".

2. respiration
Do they respire? Probably not.

3. reproduction
Do they reproduce? They do, but they require host cells and their mechanisms to do this.

4. nutrition
Nutrition? They do not seem to take in anything after "manufacturing".

5. movement
Do they move? No, they only move with the medium they are in, e.g. plant fluids.

6. senses
Do they have senses? Diffisult to say, is "detecting a host cell" a sense?

7. excretion
Do they have excretion? Possibly not.

Personally, I would say viruses are "derivatives of preexisting life"
rather than to argue whether they are organisms or not. #;D

就是因為這點令「病毒是否生物?」
的議題一直爭論不休。

病毒結構只是蛋白質外殼包著遺傳物質(RNA/DNA),
所以一般人(包括科學家)很難接受它是生物。

其實現時生物的定義 (八大生物特徵) 也頗間接,
或者把生物定義為「有生命的個體」會直接些,
但何謂生命?
生物獨有的東西?

或者這世界根本沒有生物與死物之分,
這只是人類一廂情願的分類。

如病毒不是生物的話，為什麼它會寄生？？
還是死物都會做這？
別人經常說殺菌，即是說令細菌失去生命，但沒人說殺病毒呢！

OT:小弟近月去了澳洲交流，無法貼相，上月已經回來，估唔到有人賞面，今晚我找一些貼到A6吧！

寄生定義:
「一種生物由其他活生物當中吸取有機化合物」,
所以只有生物才會寄生。

如要證明病毒是死物,
必須先否定它有寄生及繁殖行為

有觀點認為病毒不是在細胞內寄生及繁殖,
而是受感染細胞利用自己的有機物生產病毒。
當然觀點不同自有不同結論。

於現在人還未能掌握何謂生命時,
要肯定或否定病毒是生物仍有一定困難。
