(NEWS) (HKG<=>LHR) A340-600 are putting into use in CX 253 / 254...

As checked from CX web,
some of the flights in Summer time (non-high season) will be using A346 instead of A343 (34C),
< one example is 23th APRIL 2006 for CX253 HKG->LHR
and on the same day's CX 254 LHR->HKG >
is that a good way???


P.S. I would like to ask about the group of LHR CX's flights
is it consisting of the following combination,
are they swifting like the following style???
CX251->CX252
CX255->CX250
CX257->CX256
CX253->CX254

That seems right to me!

CX251/ 255 arrive 0505/0620, one of them Dept to HKG for CX252 at 1135/1205
CX251/ 255 (as above) then take the CX250 duty at 1805
CX257 arrives 1500 will be CX 256 dept at 2115
CX253 arrives 2015 will leaves at 2155 as CX254

For the Summer timetable
CX257 arrives 1500 will leaves at 1940 as CX 256

According to my checking on the timetable system, A346 runs only on CX253/4 slot.
Noticed that A346 does not run everyday on CX253/4, it seems running in every other day pattern, and this still happens in June, so I may have a chance to try the A346!!!## Wish me luck

As I have double checked,
the 346 running days are from:
26/3 to 27/10
on every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday for CX 253 and on the same day's CX 254...
