Have seen more than enough NXWM drivers talking on cell phone
when driving (or even stopping the bus and getting off for phone
calls), or not showing up for work even when the bus was due to
depart (with passengers on board). So I'm not very surprised to
see it happening on a NXWM bus...
Hope there can be improvements after catching public attention.
