Air France , We are a Big Loser for sure . We have the wrong planning at the start aim to be all jet in early stage , got beaten up @ CDG , for self image problem move to La Reunion , in realistic its a good one , but in game , its a bad one. tons of reason plus super competitior like the top 3 , wow !, A lot of bad things just happen we will try to achive our best untill the end , although we are the last for sure .
P.S : earn a lot of experience
BTW , new 777 VIP for MEL-SYD , 1 319LR from CA will be CDG-MIA and other transatlantic

我(同埋24)既建議係,你最好做一做機隊既重整工作
見你好多款機但每隻都係得一兩隻,對維修費有負面影響
你可以考慮既係,點樣將你D機GROUP做用死某幾種機
特別係當你A318 A319 A319LR CRJ-100 ERJ-190STD Fokker70都有,而每種得一兩隻既時候
你本身機隊細,唔似其他人total hold幾十隻機而每種都有十隻以上去攤分成本
用一兩種機取代晒咁多種類係有好處既
參考資料,睇下我既機隊分佈,唔好計你有三隻767同埋兩隻777 VIP
對上一個GAME MONTH我一共RUN緊124隻機,維修費係兩億三千萬
平均一隻一百八十萬多少少,一隻機只要一個game day搵到七萬七就可以回到維修成本
但D北美大線閒閒地都賺十幾萬一條,每隻機做三四條…

Hi everyone, it's me. 
抽o左十幾分鐘睇哂成篇 post,加上最近玩o左個一年過私場,都想講一講番我玩o個個私場o既經驗。
首先,我所在o個個私場係 #1531,係一個我平時上開o既電腦 forum o既人開o既場。
Base o既數量 set 錯o左做 2 個本地另加 5 個海外 le 樣都比較少事,因為只係意味著每人只可以開兩個 local focus city。
但係本身開場o個位因為無咩 Token 所以揀o左 Large World 版圖o黎開,le 度麻煩少少。
因為本身 Large World 版圖只包括年客流量 500 萬人次或以上o既機場,識我o既人都知道我當年玩 #737 o既變態史。
當然宜家已經唔可能再好似當年咁勇,開千幾接近二千條線。
Le 度有玩過 #737 o既人都知我當年揀o左邊個機場開始,今次 #1531 我都係揀番o個個,主要都係因為自己熟o個頭。
某程度上一開始玩已經知道我贏硬,不過都係因為同場太多新手我先有咁o既直覺。
我拎住兩部 ATR72-200 一踩落去,我無揀到一o的超長但客流量比較大o既機場做目的地,
反而將 60 個目的地按距離長短用 Excel 排一次,再將距離最短o既一堆線砌到接近 48 個鐘(唔好意圖砌到 0:00 剩,信我,無可能的),
然後 dispatch 俾兩隻機飛,結果兩隻機一開波每日跑倒大約 100 萬返o黎,當然無我當年用 B717-200 HGW 一隻百一萬咁可怕,
但係俾我用兩部 Turboprop 每隻跑 100 萬我已經覺得好神奇。
之後我再一連買o左 4 部 ATR72-200 先開始入大路o既 Fokker 100 做全個場第一部 Jet,到我想開下一個 base o既時候(唯一比 home base 大o既場),
我已經有能力可以買定機等開,亦都唔使特登玩排距離遊戲,可以直接編定機同屬線o既關連然後睇住個數目去買機。
大機我有買,但係到個 game 去到下半年我先開始買,亦都只係揀o左 B757-200 同 A330-221 去買。交貨時間亦都計到盡要佢臨完先交一大批o黎。
個 game o岩o岩o尋日o既下晝完o左,當初我o既 DOC 係 ~2M,每日載客約 2800 人而市值大約係二千五萬。宜家過o左 12 日,
我o既 DOC 貼近 20M,每日載客超過三萬人而市值超過 25 億,係當初o既 100 倍,當然 20M DOC 當中有大約 3.3M 要多謝 359 肯幫我。
以全 home continent 得 61 個場,1 年時間,兩部 Turboprop 起家,target 由當初 5 億到宜家係 5 億o既 5 倍,我已經覺得係有所交待。
20M o既 DOC,guess what? 我 le 度只係 30 部機o既功夫:
4 部 A330-221
8 部 ATR72-200
6 部 B757-200
8 部 Fokker 100
4 部 Fokker 70
30 部機,由兩個 base 平分,一個 base 15 部。
最後仲有閒錢訂o左兩部永遠唔會交機o既 B747-400 ER。
o個兩部開國功臣,到宜家都仲跟住我,我無退到佢o地。
講o左咁耐,我o係上面想帶出咩o野訊息,自己參透o下。
下次再有機會玩 AM 亦都唔知會係幾時。

The E190 is much more profitable than the A319LR on short haul routes for obvious reasons. I regularly schedule A319LR's on regional routes out of Chicago and Newark simply to use up aircraft down time.
There are only a handful of longhaul routes that can profitably support a 767 and on which the 767 is indeed optimal (you can figure for yourself the breakeven point of a 767, which is in fact rather high). Not to mention the 777 (or 777-200 VIP for that matter).
By the way, the A319 is one of the most profitable aircraft in the present game, and it doesn't make sense to scrap it or lease it out at such a dirt cheap price. There has to be a reason why the A319 is the most popular aircraft right now, with a total of 450 in service.
