1) For an unknown reason, all of the flights to Calgary today were delayed from 30 mins to over 2 hours.
2) The flight I took has PTV installed, but I need to pay a dollar to get the head-set.
3) The woman pilot drove the aircraft very fast in order to gain some time back due to the delay.
4) The service is okay today, but cabin crews seem tired because of the delay.
