Wing Lee Street is a mix of retail on ground floors and residences on top. But the shops seem to be gone now, while clothes still hang on the floors above. This street is slated for redevelopment. With the outcry to preserve the old buildings, perhaps the government will do a re-think on how to proceed?
It doesn't take too much to restore the exterior to something presentable and safe.
